Hi Barbara,
I have been using the water crystals for several years(4-5?) now and find them
indispensible...
Living in a climate with high summer heat & in which humidity can(and does) dip
into the teens,these have given me and the plants (both in pots and in ground)a
break...Wouldnt be without them anymore..
A little spendy but do last for several years,in fact it appears that the plants
become well established(in ground plants) long before this occurs...Container
planting here was almost impossible unless you were tethered to the hose in high
summer,this product cut that back to several times a week instead..Bravo to this
modern wonder.
In commercial application this has enabled parts of the middle east to plant
huge stands of trees using an insert of specially packaged crystals at the root
zone.Understand its been a huge success.
