I forgot one additional remark before everyone is bored to death by lawsuit
talk.
Having come from world of business, a number of family businesses, all
insured for this reason, I can tell you that being sued is not the stuff that
makes a great day.
We have had to handle a number of suits over the past years and all take a
toll in terms of time spent and emotional distress. There is little reason
to think right or wrong, the problems are just a really big pain with right
or wrong hardly ever dealt with.
