You know----there are advantages to living in the lower zone's too---we may
have a longer growing season but we can't grow some of the prettier
perennials successfully down here---summer just comes way too quick and stays
way too long. Instead of going for those "cottage" pretties I find myself
with a more tropical looking plants for the summer months. Sometimes I
really wish I were gardening in zone 7.
I bet the Apple orchards are beautiful. We were in Arkansas for Spring Break
and the spring blooming trees were just beautiful.....we don't have that
here.
