Marge, What I can't figure out is why the deer are so well protected when
they are obviously over-populated in almost every state of the union? The
complaints are the same from everywhere....too many deer. We need a couple
of years of open season hunting to take care of the problem.

I'm with you re: the damage done by deer being much worse than any
"invasive" plant. It's pretty well documented now that deer are
destroying our woodlands. Now groundhogs (woodchucks) can do some
damage, but aren't even a close second to deer around here.
