Now , for three summers, I have had Deer, maybe 5/6 and this winter 4 then 3.
I thought the herd or family was thinning. Looking out the other night at
5PM I counted 17...SEVENTEEN..just one more than 16. My Gosh. Is my garden
about to change?
In the summer they haven't bothered my garden as they hang out in the two
cornfields adjacent to my property......but 17? Is it time to buy the gun?
The Garden conservancy will be here in June and I'm picturing plants with no
heads. Can I use slug bait on them? No. Susceptible to vole traps? No.
Just the gun, eh.
