I use a loose-leaf 3 ring binder and have found nothing to equal it. I can  
also easilyl paste pix onto pages and insert extra info as it occurs to me at a 
 later date. It's the most accomodating method I've found. Pockets inside of 
the  binder allow for temporary storage of add'l. info.
 
I'm curious to hear others' ideas...good question!
