One interesting thing you can do with any document you produce in Word (and
many other word-processing software packages as well) is to insert a key term
at the beginning of every paragraph, and then use the Sort command to sort.
If you were interested in how different kinds of plants fared over time, for
example, you might insert that plant name at the start of each paragraph
that included it, and then sort. You would then easily find all the paragraphs
that dealt with that subject. But by all means, save your original file first,
so you can always get back to the original version.
