Welcome, Debie!
This list has been a wonderful source of information for me and
eye-opening as well. I had this extremely false idea that anywhere in
Canada was "the great white North" and have definitely been straightened
out about that! Bananas, yet! You mentioned:

And that sounds so very interesting to me as I grow older and stiffer.
What plants do you use most to insure low-maintenance?
