I am in Zone 5a, in SE Michigan. I am inclined to wait until early June!
My soils are dripping wet, especially after a 11/2 day rain, and very cold
yet. I'm figuring that anything except a few cold weather plants would just
set until the soil warms, and would be susceptible to frosts and fungus
until about then anyway.
