Well, I lied earlier... I'm actually going to willingly plant Bishop's
gout this summer... But before you all get up in arms, let me explain.
I've been putting together my pots of annuals and am just sick of
the same old plant selections. So this year I'm going to dig up some
of the more aggressive sun-loving, moderately drought tolerant plants
and put them into pots with my annuals.
So, I'll actually grow the bishop's gout, a pretty aggressive hosta
that seems to thrive in full sun, some mints, cushion spurge, etc.
in with my annuals.
So what other aggressive plants would you try? What perennials do
you successfully grow in containers?
Chris
