Lamiastrum galeobdolon

Is anyone growing this plant in colder
regions? 

I have read that it is invasive,
and am worried because at the close of
last summer, I divided and replanted it in several
different areas of my garden. Now I'm
worried that it will overrun the garden
- although I've had it for three years
and it hasn't done this yet. 

Perhaps our cold weather is keeping it in check?
