Hello Isabelle,
I believe the variegated version of the obedient plant is going to be slower
to bulk up than some of the others. Mine is in bud here, but taking its time about
making new off shoots to form stems. Nothing wrong with a slower growing
physotegia ;-) Just take a bit more time and patience.
