Polygonum cuspidatum 'Crimson Beauty'

WOW!  That was my reaction when I saw this plant in a recent issue of Fine
Gardening magazine.

The author claims that, although this plant is related to Japanese knotweed,
it is NOT invasive.  Any of you have personal experience with the plant?
Anyone know where to acquire one?
