blue mist

The blue mist caryopterix is blooming its head off. The bees love it. It
has seeded into the nearby scree bed. But it is too big and you can't walk
down the path anymore. Prune it back after flowering or in the spring with
the buddleias? Ditto question for the rose of sharon.
