I think the only thing that has saved my garden is the new irrigation
system that I put in. I've set things up so that the system is totally
controlled via one of the Mallorn computers, so I can even log in from
work and turn it on if it's really hot or something. :)
Now I just need to get a webcam of my garden... ;)

I'm glad that you haven't lost anything! I haven't been so lucky -- I've
been busy and have missed a few things that were planted every here and
there.
Here's my weekend haul from Hacker's Glenbard Gardens in Lombard, Illinois (a
Chicago suburb) -- $2.99 each in 4" pots:
Anacyclus depressus
Aruncus dioicus
Campanula rotundifolia 'Olympia'
Carex flacca
Carex pennsylvanica
Chiastophyllum oppositifolium
Dianthus gratianopolitans 'Tiny Rubies'
Erinus alpinus
Hemerocallis 'Rocket City'
Petrorhagia saxifraga
Pulsatilla vulgaris 'Papageno'
Symphytum officinale
Unfortunately, I also just discovered that my photo of 'Rocket City' in
the hort.net gallery is wrong.

So which Anemone do you recommend, Gene?
