You will have lots of company. Even the plants do not like these
temperatures. They seem to be suspended from growth for a while. Just sit
there waiting for it to be over. I know it rained sheets in Chicago today as
my niece was on the telephone around 3:30 pm Chicago time describing it.
Maybe Walter and all others will get some of this rain. It has been a hot
summer in New York. Statistics in NY say we had such a summer in 1995, I
guess we just do not remember it. For Pat, the temp. degree symbol did not
arrive in my mail box.
