Don and others,
Today in a small weekly paper there is a notice that the state wildlife
pathologist wants to see all newly (same day) killed deer. He is conducting
tests for "chronic wasting disease". A study will be published.
We live in the general are of the state capital so the wildlife pathologist
and his laboratory are near here which is why I suppose we are seeing the
request.
If this becomes an issue in the newspapers, hunting will decrease even more.
I would like to know the study results and what we should know about this
disease. The first notice I ever saw was Don's posting on this list.
