Re: winecups pruning


I didn't realize I had this plant till I did a search to see what you all are talking about :(

Mine doesn't seem to like this hot dry weather... also is very lenghtly. A friend gave me a start, but her's is much more of a bushy plant, mine flopps over and just travels on..... She has much more shade than I do. Found that when it travels over the rocks and into the pond it blooms like crasy on stems just touching the water.... not sure why... just what is happening here. It is one of the plants I was thinking of replacing.. just not working for me here. May move it to the shadier area and see if that helps... been there since 99.

When I did a search on C. digitata, the pictures shows a plant with no leaves??? Just blooms.. Thought that odd. Anyone got a better picture url?
