Does anybody know if you can make anything out of
Poincirus fruit?  My tree is loaded with fruit and in the fall it is very
aromatic.

Crush, add lots of sugar and ethyl alcohol to taste.

Regarding peaches, I've given up on them and now buy only nectarines instead.
