Hello Merri,
    I see where you have received advice about pinching back your balloon
flowers to hold back the size. May want to mention that if you deadhead them
faithfully you can keep them in bloom for months.
    As to moving, do it in the fall when they are getting ready to go
dormant. They are not tricky, but do have large fleshy root systems. Will
take a bit to move a mature plant.... both around and down. Incidentally,
those large fleshy roots are prepared and eaten in Japan, I am told.
