I have a yard full of walnut trees and i have the same problem growing
azelias (sp?). gopher://psupena.psu.edu/0$d%2029401181
I hope that is an address. That's how i have it bookmarked. If not, reply
and i will do a net search to get the address. It is a list of woody plants
only that do well in the company of walnut trees. I can't grow mums either.
I don't know if this is connected. The article states that plants which
require acidic soils will do poorly with juglone.
