I agree, grows pretty easily.
And: I thought mine was gone last year, then I
noticed it. Not
where I had planted it originally, but in the
same bed. I really like it and
it keeps on going.
Reseeds around and was never a problem for me
UNTIL I planted in a dry west sloping bed. I
will never let it go to seed there again, for the
birds or not. It has actually been a thug there,
I've had to pull up huge chunks and do diligent
weeding in a 6 x 6 area now to keep it from
taking over.
But in regular garden bed conditions, it reseeds
just enough to share. It is my understanding it
is an annual for most of us.
