Jeanne,

Just a note about your perennial geraniums: I'm in zone 6a and my
geraniums only bloom once a year in late spring/early summer. I've cut
them back per the "Well Tended..." book and now have nice foliage, but no
new blooms (I suspect that it is just too hot here). Therefore, I'm not
surprised that your plants haven't bloomed this year. Just wait until next
season.

I am not too sure, however, that the foliage you are describing is that of
a geranium. I share your doubt. My varieties all have leaves about the
size of a quarter or half-dollar and are dissected with conspicuous
veining. Some have a scalloped edge. None is what I would describe as
"crinkled."

Anyone else?

Val in KY
zone 6a
