Barb, I have no advice to offer, just sympathy. I live in Oregon and we've
had water restrictions a few times but nothing serious. Is there a way you
can be prepared in the future by storing water somehow from winter/spring?
I'm so sorry for your losses. Barb, if you lose a lot, perhaps you can let
us know and some of us can "share" some new plants with you this fall or
next spring.

For mine is a little old-fashioned garden where the flowers come
together to praise the Lord and teach all who look upon them to do
likewise.
