I send and receive seeds from all around the world without difficulty.
There are some countries you need to be careful about sending anything to,
but US is not one of them as long as you stay away from tree and shrub
seeds.
In the US the Postal Service has a form you place on the front of your
letter-packet... PS From 2976. You will have to see what your postal service
uses. Here it is a green adhesive tag for customs declaration. Write on the
tag " garden seeds. botanical interest only. gift" You should be OK.
