Hi Lynn, you should have asked a week ago before I cut mine back. However,
there are still quite a flowers on the lower branches so if you can't get seeds,
e-mail me privately & I'll put some in the post. However, This plant has only
been on sale in the UK for a couple of years or so, which makes me wonder if it
is a 'manufactured' plant & may not come true from seed.
Perhaps those of you closer to the trade could answer that one. I think its a
beauty (until the rust gets hold) & intend to propogate from cuttings.
Look forward to some more comments.
Karen

The photograph for yesterday on my gardening page-a-day calendar was malva
sylvestris 'marina' and it is so beautiful. Does anyone have a source for
the seeds or are they readily available? I would like to have this one for
my garden next year. Is spring the time to plant these seeds?
Thanks,
Lynn Lamb
