* PlantAmerica, a green industry Web hosting company, has acquired Etera
Networks, the Web hosting and e-commerce division. PlantAmerica will take
over servicing the 1,700 garden center Web sites previously supported by
Etera. Etera filed bankruptcy last July and later sold its plant division to
