Well, my T&M catalog came a few weeks ago and yesterday was the first day I
really had a chance to pour over it.
I just started getting into growing from seed-mostly things that cannot be had
at any garden center (no matter how good).
These are the things I have ordered:
Alchemilla erythropoda(Rosaceae Lady's Mantle)-the flower head and stems are
supposed to turn orange/red during autumn.
Helianthus "Russian Giant"-(sunflower) for our new veggie garden
Ipomoea andersonii ("rare and lovely" according the the catalog)
Lavender multifida-new species of lavender "fern-like" silver green foliage
with oregano scent
Verbascum agrimanifolia ssp agrimanfolia "hardly found in reference books"
Cosmos bipinnatus "Daydream"
Has anyone had the opportunity to grow any of these? Would like to hear your
experiences.
