I have both of them - Zone 6. We do get humidity during the summer but not
for long periods of time. I have a sun shade garden. Rose Campion /Lychnis
re-seeds something fierce. I dead it to control it. Snow in summer is so
invasive that I only allow myself a small area. I use a ton of organic matter
and cow manure in my gardens. All of my beds are raised about 6 inches or
more with rock edgings. They are raised by the amount of organic matter and
peat moss I put in my garden. I rarely water my garden if there is adequate
rain fall. My soil is on the acidy side. Hope this helps. Chris Braintree
