Wow.  What a guy!  It looks wonderful.  Unfortunately, it needs to be
about 4 to 6 times as large, and more massive.  But thank you very much
for the info, as I will scurry to the library and see if the whole of it
can be enlarged. I would have to modify it considerably, as I don't want
sides on it.  It will have a Phillipine Mahogany bench swing suspended
centrally in it.
I'm thinking perhaps 12x20 feet in size.  One of my employees had a
fantasitc one built at her house last fall made from cedar logs that
were felled and milled locally.  The upright posts were simply de-barked
logs.  Rails and supports were milled.
