I live in Idaho, which nobody in their right mind would describe as
"exotic."  Are you saying you don't have black vine weevils notching leaves
of peonies, rhodies, lilacs, roses, etc?  They are a major problem here.
Ask your county agent if you have black vine weevils.  You may discover new
undesirable neighbors.  Margaret
