Cat litter may carry toxoplasmosis which is dangerous to pregnant women and
people with low immunity, apparently. A friend said her daughter's
blindness was caused by that. As for dog waste, since they're often so
interested in recycling it themselves, I'd guess there are meat residues
that pass on through. Either the doody is tasty or else the dogs have no
