Re: raspberries

We have had excellent success with Heritage. Took them two years to get 
established but after that we have been very happy with the size, flavor, 
and quantity of fruit. Once they start producing we have berries up until 
the snow flies. I think we only planted six canes and they kept our 
family of four in berries with a few to give away. We did plant some 
Latham canes to supplement the summer crop as Heritage can be skimpy 
particularly if the summer is hot and dry. Again I wish I could remember 
the number but it could not have been many as we have very limited area 
for berries. Both have worked well for us.
