Dianthus question

Does anyone know if something like this dianthus (carnation?) is
available?  I used to know a woman who grew dark wine colored, double
flowers,  speckled with white - or it could have been they were white
with lots of dark wine red.  It has been some years since I saw them,
but I have always wanted to grow them.  She said they were from Ireland,
and no one else grew them, that she knew of.  They were very
spectacular, and I was reminded of them when I just received a Jackson &
Perkins catalog with a similar flower - though theirs was with bright
red and white.  Sound familiar?
