I have an Aunt that can do the same she roots in a bucket of sand.
just this past fall one of her cutting was passed along to me by my
cousin, a beautiful yellow. She told me that the month of Nov. is the
time for rooting roses, and I have tried her method and have had some
success . I think she can root at any time of the year
some folks seems to have the abililty to just throw something down and
it will take root.
