The Rix/Phillips Annuals book is still available, indeed it's coming
out in paperback in the UK this spring. Both hardback and paperback
are listed on amazon.co.uk, with a 24 hour dispatch time for the
hardback.
If amazon.co.uk continue to be troublesome about sending to the US,
you can order the book direct from the publisher at
http://www.panmacmillan.com/fnf/handg/index.htm - and they will ship
overseas.
Yes, Wayne Winterrowd has just finished his 'great work' on annuals,
though I'm not yet sure when it's being published. And Allan Armitage
has recently published a fat book on annuals from Timber Press though
I've not yet had a chance to examine it very closely.
