For anyone interested, here is a notice that I received this morning
from UDSA/Aphis regarding the enforcement of the existing requirement
for phytosanitary certificates for plant material imported into the
US. It remains to be seen what the impact will be on those of us who
trade seeds/cuttings as part of our hobby.
