Good question ... I'd like to add another question to yours ... what kind
of plants benefit from comfrey mulch the most? I have a comfrey plant whose
leaves have been cold-nipped and are wilting, and I'd like to put them
where they can do the most good. Should I use them to mulch my future
tomato growing area, or beans, eggplants, peppers, ornamental perennials?
(I've had this plant at least 10 years and it just keeps going like a champ
...)
