My snowdrops were in bloom Feb 1, if not before-the earliest ever. However,
my Helleborus that have been in bud since Feb 1 have not progressed any
since then. Last year my Helleborus purpurescens as well as Cyclamen coum
were in bloom on Feb 4. This year the Cyclamen buds were visible on Feb. 1
and were above the leaves, but not open last week. They typically will
bloom under the snow before I can even look.
