I too, have the green tops of tulips,daffs & crocus sprouting here in St
Louis!
But, I do know the warm weather is just a memory from last year, & hope the
mulch they are springing up from is suffcient to keep them frost free for the
cold I am sure is coming!!
Dropped to 30 degrees last night, the birdbath is now starting to thaw, and
the 1/2 whiskey barrel with its lone gold fish is bubbling-moved the birdbath
heater to the water garden, to leave an opening! Resisted the urge to feed
him during the warm spell last week. Will get him a friend in a few weeks!
My mom has blooms of crocus, all I have is green tips peeking!
Can't wait to really dig in the dirt! With all the rain, mainly mud!
