It has been easy to have spring fever in the New York city area the last two
weekends - the weather has been so mild. I have been working outside,
mulching leaves, spreading chicken manure, even weeding.
I bought some primroses in bloom today. Has anyone successfully managed to
plant them outside? I have never been able to keep them alive until March
or April when the ground is warm. If the ground still isn';t frozen within
the next couple of weeks, could they go outside?
