Margot,  If the ground isn't frozen, give them a few days to acclimatize in a
porch or cool area, then plant them out. In southern Ontario we get zone 4/5
conditions, and I have some 3-4 year old plants still trying to bloom although
the ground is partially frozen. Sorry but I couldn't tell you the variety.
