I think we are speaking here of the Allen J. Coombes book which is around
under various titles. If Timber Press has this title now it will be more
expensive than the original publication.
Geez guys, do a used book search first before you shell out to to Amazon.
There is also a site that will give you the best web price available on the
date you are shopping.

The above link is for ABEBook Search, one of the best sites to use. The
Coombes book is listed there, about ten copies, $10.00 and up. This is not a
complete guide to pronunciation but it is quite good. I think there is
pronouncing database somewhere on the net but I guess that would not be as
handy as a book in hand.
The used book search can be searched by keyword so there may be others
available. Also there are several other used book sites.
