Thanks everyone for the info. For some reason I never think to check out
used book sites.
Margaret - found the book my sister has at Amazon UK for £6.95 and £4.95
shipping. It's called Plant Names Simplified by Arthur T. Johnson.
Don - I just joined the Garden Book Club a few months ago - got the AHS
A-Z Encyclopedia for 5.95 for joining. Have also found books in the
catalogs that arrive periodically that I probably wouldn't have
otherwise heard about. I'm really enjoying discovering new books to add
to my brand new gardening library. Am also trying not to spend the
national debt on books :-)
