If it's not Wal-Mart, it's Home Depot. Even Frank's has been run out of
the St Pete/Tampa area. Of course HD is causing the closing of many of
the Ace and TruValu hardware stores. When all their competition is gone,
they can cut service, raise prices and make a potful of money.
