Hi All,
I am amazed no one has mentioned butterfly bushes - I have only lost one to
date even over the harshest winters and I think the plow guy (read the DH)
nicked. I have a long bloom season - late July until frost (usually mid
Octover).
I would be interested in knowing if anyone has grown Miss Wilmots Ghost.
The place I have in mind is sort of wild - lots of brambles and scrub
junipers, to which I've been throwing fulva daylilies (single and doubles)
and there is a yucca there now too. I don't plan on reclaiming the area,
since I love the wild life living there. (Ok - so I don't mind as long a
the ground hogs don't reproduce, but the birds love it.)
TTYL,
Cheryl
