Since I'd like to sell certain daylilies to the public, I'll keep this idea in mind. But - I have found a real problem with things growing up through the cloth (quack grass for one). I have had stuff come up through multiple layers after creeping under the edge.A great way to grow plants in the field for potting up or selling bare root is to grow them in a raised bed that is 6 inches deep with land scape fabric to keep the roots from growing down into the soil. It makes it much easer to dig the plants and you get most of the root system. Paul
Now - where am I going build a line out bed?
