I have bulbs a foot or more tall. All of my roses, several perennials
and some trees are also breaking dormancy. Not much to do but hope I
guess! I do have my calendar set to the right month don't I?

Have the same problems here in Northeastern INdiana. Mine are
not quite as
high as yours. I just keep trying to put some more mulch over
the top of
them. I think someone said if they don't bud and then get
frosted they should
be alright. I sure am hoping so.
