Well Susan its true....I know a kid at work who is using a waterbed
heater and Ive heard of it dozens of times.....some folks and only some
folks put sand over the pad.....they claim that it helps make the heat
more even....got me....most of the heaters in Vinnys or Goodwill work Im
told...just a risk if they are cheap enough.....fundamently there is no
diff between heat cable...big bucks....and waterbed heaters......way
cheap.
