I don't know about the ADS, but most of my bulbs are daffodils. The
information that I heard about taking the foliage off at any point after 3-4
weeks was *about* daffodils. I have since trimmed all my daffies at 3-4
weeks and they come back every year, bigger and better. I think it's valid.
